Teeny purple post earrings with foil on the back to give them an added 'bling'! Each measures about 6mm or just under 1/4" in diameter. This style is from some newer finds in our collection: the plastics are not vintage & not from our original Best Plastics warehouse.

Most all of my earrings are made with vintage lucite parts that were made in Rhode Island in the 1960's - early 80's by Best Plastics (unless otherwise noted). I hand-set them with surgical steel earring posts and they have sturdy surgical steel/acrylic backings on them as well. Light-weight & fun to wear. Posts are electo-set into the lucite parts. A lot of previous collectors & shoppers have loved the fact that these earrings are not simply glued to a post. I electro-set them all by hand using a machine my husband built.
